Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to make changes. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We apply the fee to help cover the stylist’s time and our schedule changes.
If you are running late, call us right away. We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may have a shortened service to avoid impacting other guests, and the full service fee may still apply.
