If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining service in the time available; if the late arrival prevents the full service, we may need to reschedule and a late cancellation fee may apply.
