Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will work with you to rebook without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
If you know you’ll be late, call or message us as soon as possible; when time allows we will try to accommodate shortened services rather than cancel. We appreciate notice so we can serve other guests.
