Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This gives us time to offer the spot to another guest and to reschedule you at a convenient time. If you cancel or change within less than 24 hours, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service to stay on schedule; full service may require rescheduling depending on staff availability. We’ll always communicate clearly about options and any possible charges.
