We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full service, but late arrivals may mean a shortened appointment so the next guest isn’t delayed. Fees, if charged, are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will explain them when you book or at check-in.
