Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel without charge.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We’ll try to be fair and work with you when unexpected things happen, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to a required deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your scheduled time or offer a modified service so we stay on time for other guests.
