Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking what to expect for late cancellations or no-shows. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in; however we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other appointments.
