If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when we contact you.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service within your scheduled time. If time does not allow, we may offer a shortened service or reschedule, and a late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation.
