If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and required to provide a credit card on file for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if more time is needed, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service and this could be treated as a late cancellation. We will always communicate options clearly at check-in.
