We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This gives us time to offer the slot to other clients and to reschedule you at a convenient time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time; depending on the service and schedule we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule it, which may be treated like a late cancellation.
