Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, we may be charged a fee. Late arrivals may have their service shortened to avoid disrupting other appointments; we may still charge for the booked service if we can’t accommodate the full appointment.
If anything unexpected comes up, please call us as soon as you can and we will work with you to find a solution.
