Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us fill the time and offer services to other clients.
If you cancel late or do not show, you may be charged a fee; we will remind you of this when you book. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if there is not enough time, we may need to reschedule and a late cancellation fee may apply. We aim to be fair and will always communicate options when changes are needed.
