24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or move your booking. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, we may be charged a fee and you may be charged a fee to protect our staff and schedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings. If something urgent happens, please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.
