24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to move or cancel your booking so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when the fee applies and how to reschedule. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time or suggest an alternative; additional charges may apply if the service is extended. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up.
