Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us so we can offer your time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate the full service when possible, but we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule to avoid delaying other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
We always communicate clearly about any fee before charging when possible.
