Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer that time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know any applicable fee when you book or at the time of the missed appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you expect to be late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
