24 hours of notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to change a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time so we can offer the slot to other clients.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when it applies and hold any repeat late cancellations on file when booking future appointments.
If an emergency arises, please call us as soon as you can and we will work with you to find a solution.
