24 hours of notice to cancel. If you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours notice, we will rebook or cancel without a fee. A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service within the remaining time; if that isn’t possible, we may need to shorten the service to avoid impacting the next guest and a reduced service fee may apply. We will always communicate options with you at check-in. If you need help rescheduling, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find a new time.
