24 hours of notice is required to cancel or move a booking. Please tell us as soon as you know so we can offer the time to another guest.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We understand things happen; if you contact us before your appointment time we will discuss next steps.

If you arrive late we will do our best to give you the remaining time or adjust the service so the next guest is not affected. If a full service cannot be completed, we will discuss options with you at arrival.
