Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This lets us offer the appointment to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly. If you cancel inside 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show, we may charge a fee. We will always explain any fee when we contact you.
If you know you’ll be late, call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but services may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future bookings.
