We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Please arrive on time; if you are late we will do our best to provide your full service but may need to shorten it to avoid disrupting other appointments. If we must shorten or reschedule your service due to a late arrival, the late or shortened appointment may be charged a fee.
