Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you provide 24 hours notice we will happily reschedule without penalty. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved for you.
If you arrive late we will do our best to provide your full service when possible. If your late arrival means your service must be shortened or rescheduled, a fee may apply. Any deposit or card-on-file may be used toward such fees.
