Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice there is no penalty and we’ll happily find a new time for you.
If you cancel late, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any fee when you rebook or when the appointment was missed. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service, but we may need to shorten or reschedule it to avoid affecting other clients.
