We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through the same booking method you used so we can free the time for other clients.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when the fee applies and how it affects future bookings.

If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if your service must be shortened or rescheduled because of lateness, you may be charged as if it were a late cancellation.
