We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you contact us before that window we will do our best to reschedule or cancel without charge. If you cancel inside that window or do not show up, you may be charged a fee.
If you arrive late, we will try to provide your service within the remaining time but may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. If we must reschedule because of a late arrival, the late or rescheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee.
