Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as you can so we can try to accommodate you and other guests.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time or reschedule, depending on availability and the service booked.
