Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us give your appointment time to another client and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. If we must reschedule due to staff illness or emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.
