We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online booking system to change appointments. This 24-hour window helps us offer your appointment time to other clients.
If you cancel late, don’t show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when and how any fee will be applied. If you arrive late we may shorten your service to avoid impacting other clients, and a full appointment fee may still be due. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
