Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through the booking system so we can offer your slot to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the remaining service in your scheduled time; if there isn’t sufficient time, we may need to reschedule and the late or missed appointment policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding and timely communication.
