24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so other clients aren’t delayed. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee to cover our staff time. If you need to change your appointment, please call or use our online booking as soon as possible so we can help find a new time that works.
