Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service in the time reserved, but we may need to shorten or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. Repeated late arrivals, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions or a fee.
