Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly. If you cancel or reschedule inside that 24-hour window, it may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, it may be charged a fee as well. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if the service must be shortened or rebooked, a fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
