Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. This lets us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you when you book if a pre-authorization or card-on-file is required for late-cancellation protection.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so other clients are not delayed. If we must reschedule you for lateness, the late-cancellation policy may apply.
