Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice is required if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to change your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and we may require prepayment for future bookings.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid delaying other guests. Repeated late arrivals may affect future scheduling and booking privileges.
