We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to another guest and keeps our schedule fair for everyone.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, cancel very close to your appointment, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled slot; if your service can’t be completed safely in the remaining time, we may need to reschedule and the late arrival may be treated like a late cancellation.
