Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation so we can rebook your appointment and offer the slot to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so later clients are not delayed. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We appreciate clear communication so we can serve everyone fairly.
