Hijama, also known as “Cupping Therapy”, is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of cups. Benefits and purpose: is a type of deep-tissue massage, helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being. Different types and methods of Hijama include dry cupping (no blood), and wet cupping (stagnant blood removal)
