We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate you without penalty.
If you cancel late, arrive very late, or do not show up, we may be charged a fee to cover the reserved time and staff. We’ll tell you if a fee applies and how to pay it. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.
