Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the remaining time of your scheduled service; depending on the delay we may need to shorten the service to stay on schedule, or treat it as a late cancellation. Fees for late cancellations or no-shows are applied at our discretion and explained when you book. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or through your booking confirmation as soon as you can.
