If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or don’t show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a prepayment or deposit requirement for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining appointment time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late/no-show fee may apply.
