Our physiology is a unique combination of the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These three manifestations of the life force interact in nature and our physiology promoting, growth, digestion and movement. When they fall out of balance disruptions of health can occur. This consultation brings awareness to your unique constitution of Doshas (Prakriti), your current imbalance (Vikriti), and practices to support health moving forward. Pulse, diet and lifestyle choices will be assessed and a plan will be emailed shortly after.

The Ayurvedic treatment of shirodhara involves the pouring of warm oil on the forehead to bring balance and bliss to the Prana channels. The practice begins with an hour warm oil massage with a focus on balancing Prana throughout the body. The treatment continues with a head massage and pouring warm oil across the forehead through the scalp.
