Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or move a booking; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We know things happen. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will gladly find another time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can accommodate other guests, and arriving more than a short time late may be treated as a late cancellation. If you do need to cancel last minute, please call or message us as soon as possible so we can try to fill the slot. Any fee for late cancellations or no-shows will be communicated to you directly.
