Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation may be charged a fee. If you do not arrive for your appointment, a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service within your scheduled time; if additional time is needed and we cannot accommodate it, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply. We always try to be fair: please contact us as soon as you know you need to change plans so we can adjust and offer the appointment to another guest.
