Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice is our standard for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours' notice, we will happily rebook you without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved. We will contact you if a fee is applied and explain the reason.
If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate shorter appointments when time allows, but full services may not be possible for late arrivals.
