This is for the people with the really tight backs! A layer of Organic Castor Oil is first applied, then a wet/hot towel, then a heating pad on top for 15-20 minutes. It’s a wonderful way to help soften muscles before your massage work and I have been told by a few people that they feel like the effects of their massage lasts longer. Castor Oil is also great for inflammation, while the heat is quite relaxing as well!

~What is Vibroacoustic Therapy? Vibroacoustic Therapy combines sound and vibration to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. ~What is the Sound Lounge? The Sound Lounge is a specially designed table that you lay on that uses sound frequency music, which causes vibration in the table, to instantly soothe your mind and relax your entire body.
