24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking is our standard request. Please contact us by phone or online at least 24 hours before your appointment to change or cancel.
If you cancel or move with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service, but we may need to shorten it to avoid delaying other guests; if we cannot provide the service, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
