Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily find a new time or release the slot without penalty.
If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you when that fee may apply and how to pay it when you book. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments or require prepayment.
