Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee; refunds are looked at case by case.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you cancel inside that window, arrive very late, or do not show, we may charge a fee to hold our schedule and cover lost time.
If you know you’ll be late, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you; appointments may be shortened to stay on time and full service cannot always be guaranteed. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
