This deposit acts as a binding agreement that the client has instructed Chiara Iaquinta at Rituale Olistica and spa to order the Celluma or Kivo panel of their choosing. After this deposit is taken, Chiara will order the agreed-upon Celluma or Kivo LED light panel within 48 hours of deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon by the client. If the Celluma LED panel is ordered by Chiara at Rituale Olistica and spa and the client decides that they no longer wish to purchase the Celluma or Kivo LED light panel, the deposit will be forfeited due to shipping and restocking fees.

A lash lift is a lash service that semi-permanently curls the natural eyelashes with an effect that lasts up to six weeks.

Any shellac services done at Allora spa are removed by soaking off the gel polish at 1/2 price. If product is being removed from another spa or home application a charge is applied.

Broken or chipped nail? Come in for a fix. Within the first 48 hours and there is no charge. If it’s more than two nails please add to the notes section with how many fixes are needed as I may need to add extra time. Anything more than five nails and a new set is needed.

Our natural manicure includes a nail soak with Healingscents essential oils, cuticle work, nail shaping, buff, application of cuticle oil, clear polish and hand massage with lotion.
