24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you need to move or cancel an appointment, please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We evaluate late arrivals based on how much time is left for your service; if there is not enough time to complete your service, we may need to reschedule and the late/no-show fee may apply. We try to be fair and will communicate any fee before rebooking.
